Christian Rationalism and Psychopathy

This was a very insightful article about the dangers of elevating reason to the exclusion of feelings.

I’m by no means an anti-rationalist, but Minkoff is spot-on that Christianity is for the complete person: heart, mind, and soul. Some of us are by nature more intellectual, some are more emotional, but we all ought to find some kind of balance both personally in our own lives and corporately in our churches. Reason is a necessary complement to emotion, not superior to it.

God created us with both, and He intends for us to use both for His glory.
